THURSDAY, JULY 29 — EARLY ARRIVAL & COMMITTEE SETUP

  • Committee members arrive and prepare for reunion weekend.
  • Family members may arrive early.
  • 3:00 PM — Hotel check-in begins for early arrivals at Homewood Suites and Marriott Residence Inn in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
  • 5:00–7:00 PM — Light refreshments for committee members and early-arriving family members.
  • Tentative 8:00 PM — Sound Bath Experience, presented by Abra Merlino of Shift Studio in Ventnor, New Jersey. Advance registration and a separate participation fee will be required.

FRIDAY, JULY 30 — OPENING DAY & WELCOME


    12:00 PM — Opening Day begins.
    Enjoy the beach party, outlet shopping, the boardwalk, or an optional amusement or water park.
    3:00 PM — Hotel check-in.
    Homewood Suites — Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey
    Marriott Residence Inn — Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey
    6:00 PM — Welcome Dinner & Family Fun Night at 5101 Oakwood Boulevard, Mays Landing, New Jersey.
    Open mic, games, dance-offs, family challenges, icebreakers, and more.
    Dinner menu: pasta with meatballs, tossed salad, and assorted breads.

SATURDAY, JULY 31 — FAMILY DAY

  • 7:00–10:00 AM — Complimentary breakfast buffet.
  • 1:00–5:00 PM — Family picnic and cookout at 5101 Oakwood Boulevard, Mays Landing, New Jersey.
  • 8:00 PM–1:00 AM — Debnam After Dark at 5101 Oakwood Boulevard, Mays Landing, New Jersey.
  • Debnam After Dark is for adults ages 18 and older. Children are not permitted.
  • Evening menu: Mexican cuisine.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 1 — WORSHIP, BRUNCH & CLOSING

  • 7:00–10:00 AM — Complimentary breakfast buffet.
  • 10:00–10:30 AM — Church service.
  • 11:00 AM–4:00 PM — Brunch and closing celebration at 5101 Oakwood Boulevard, Mays Landing, New Jersey.
  • Brunch menu: crabs and fried fish, plus shrimp and grits.
  • Nathan’s legacy presentation will be featured during Sunday’s program.
