Registration for the Debnam Family Reunion 2027 is now open. The reunion takes place July 30–August 1, 2027.
REGISTRATION FEES
Adult, ages 15–79: $100
Child, ages 3–14: $50
Ages 2 and under: Complimentary, but registration is required
Ages 80 and over: Complimentary, but registration is required
Age is determined as of July 30, 2027.
WHAT REGISTRATION COVERS
Registration covers the official Debnam Family Reunion weekend activities and meals. Reunion merchandise and hotel accommodations are separate.

Payments are made to Treasurer Anita Debnam. When submitting a payment, include each registered family member’s full name in the payment note. For a partial payment, also state the amount to apply to each family member. Please allow up to 48 hours for manually submitted payments to appear in the registration record.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS
Installment payments are permitted through the approved reunion payment methods. When making a partial payment, identify each registrant and the amount to be applied to that person. A receipt will be issued for each payment. A Reunion Pass will not be issued until the registrant’s full balance has been paid. Partial payments do not constitute completed registration or admission to reunion events. Please allow up to 48 hours for installment payments and balance updates to be recorded.
AFTER YOUR FIRST REGISTRATION: Make each later installment using the Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo details above. Include your household contact name and each family member’s name and allocated amount in the transfer note. Then open the separate Payment & Allocation form to report that installment; do not register your household again. The Treasurer will confirm the transfer and update balances within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION POLICIES
All attendees, including complimentary guests, must be registered with their full name and date of birth.
Registration fees are nonrefundable.
After any payment is made, substitutions or material registration changes require authorization from the Treasurer or Chairperson.
An Official Reunion Pass will be issued only after the full balance is paid.
REGISTRATION PRICING PERIODS
Early registration: From September 15, 2026 through February 15, 2027. Adults receive 5% savings for a total of $95, and children ages 3–14 receive 5% savings for a total of $47.50, provided cumulative payments of at least $25 per adult and $15 per child have been made by the early-registration deadline.
Regular registration: After the early-registration period through April 15, 2027. Standard fees apply: $100 per adult and $50 per child.
Late registration: After the regular-registration period through June 15, 2027. A $10 late fee is added per registrant.
All balances must be paid in full before a Reunion Pass is issued.
EVENT ATTENDANCE PLANNING
During registration, each attendee will select Yes, No, or Undecided for the Friday Welcome and Reconnection, Saturday daytime activities, Saturday Celebration Night, and Sunday brunch. These selections support meal, seating, staffing, and activity planning.
REGISTRATION PRIVACY
Registration details, dates of birth, contact information, payment records, balances, and transaction information are private and will be used only for authorized reunion administration. Inclusion in the private Family Directory requires separate permission, and only the contact details specifically approved by the family member may be displayed. Genealogy information will not display email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, payment information, or other private contact information.
ROUTINE CORRECTIONS
After any payment, cancellation, substitution, or material registration change requires authorization from the Treasurer or Chairperson. The Registrar may make routine nonfinancial corrections, such as correcting spelling, contact information, or other clerical errors.
